Another sock project!

These are the socks I started after finishing the Diamantes. I'm using a pattern from the book "Socks a la Carte" called Oh, Baby! but I think I'll call these "Tootie Frootie" instead. The colors in the yarn remind me of Tutti Frutti ice cream for some reason.

What do you think? BTW, the yarn has metallic sparklies in it, but you can't see them in the picture. I took it with the camera in my cell phone.

And then there were two!

After sitting at the local yarn shop all day I finally finished the mate to the one I posted about previously. Here you see them mounted on Sarah's feet. I promised these socks to Sarah at the birthday party we had for her at the shop. She loves them!

If they look darker in this pic, it's because I took the pic with my cell phone, not my camera. I also darkened the picture a bit with a photo editor.
