After sitting at the local yarn shop all day I finally finished the mate to the one I posted about previously. Here you see them mounted on Sarah's feet. I promised these socks to Sarah at the birthday party we had for her at the shop. She loves them!
If they look darker in this pic, it's because I took the pic with my cell phone, not my camera. I also darkened the picture a bit with a photo editor.

ReplyDeleteThose are lovely! :-) I used to fight with SSS, mainly because one of the things I enjoy most is seeing how different yarns knit up, and once I had the first sock done, I would get bored. Once I started knitting two socks at the same time on one long circ, I solved my SSS problem. :-)
